Firstsource Solutions allots 90,000 equity shares

Under ESOS

Firstsource Solutions has allotted 90,000 Equity shares of Rs.10/- each bearing distinctive numbers 685,128,488 to 685,218,487 on 1st December 2017, under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2003 of the Company. Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 6,852,184,870 consisting of 685,218,487 Equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
