Future Enterprises allots NCDs aggregating Rs 332 crore

Future Enterprises announced that the Committee of Directors of the Company has at their meeting held on 27 March 2017, considered, approved & allotted of 1,330, 9.60% Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of Rs. 10 lakh each (NCD Series XVI - E) and 1,990, 9.60% Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures ("NCDs") of Rs. 10 lakh each, (NCD Series XVI - F) aggregating to Rs. 332 crore.
