GAIL (India) updates on debt resolution of Konkan LNG

GAIL (India)'s stake in Konkan LNG increases from 40.92% to 69.05%

GAIL (India) announced that consequent to the debt resolution plan of Konkan LNG on 27 March 2020, the company's equity shareholding in Konkan LNG has increased from 40.92% to 69.05%. Accordingly, Konkan LNG has become a subsidiary of GAIL (India) with effect from 27 March 2020.
