Ganesha Ecosphere opens QIP issue

The Capital Raising Committee Meeting of Ganesha Ecosphere at its meeting on 02 May 2018 in connection with the Qualified Institutions Placement ('QIP') has, inter alia passed the following resolutions:

a. Authorizing the opening of the QIP on 02 May 2018;

b. Approving the preliminary placement document dated 02 May 2018 in connection with the QIP, (the 'Preliminary Placement Document'); and

c. Approval of the floor price for the QIP.
