Gilada Finance & Investments announced change in directorate as follows -Shankarlal Tulsiram Gilada; Dr. Mahesh Kataria; and Ramesh Kamlapurkar have resigned from the directorship of the company.
Narayandas Jaju and Kothakote Venkobarao Prabhakar have been appointed as directors of the company.
