GlaxoSmithKline Pharma announced that:

1. P. V. Nayak, Non-Executive & Independent Director has ceased to be a Director of the Company from close of the business hours on 31 October 2015.

2. V. Thyagarajan, Non-Executive Director has ceased to be a Director of the Company from close of the business hours on 31 October 2015.

The Board of Directors of the Company have placed on record its warm appreciation of the valuable services rendered by P. V. Nayak & V. Thyagarajan during their long tenure as Directors of the Company.
