Goldiam International announces change in compliance officer

With effect from 11 June 2015

Goldiam International announced that Reena Shah has expressed her inability to join the Company as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from 11 June 2015.

Further till such time, a Company Secretary is appointed, Jinal Shah, Assistant Company Secretary will act as the Compliance Officer of the Company.
