Goldline International Finvest to hold board meeting

Goldline International Finvest will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 15 July 2014 to split/ sub-divide the face value of Equity Shares of the Company, to alter the Capital Clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company, and to fix day, date, time and venue of the Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year 2013-14.
