Graphite India announced that:1. K C Parakh, Sr. Vice President (Finance), the present Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), would be retiring from the services of the Company on 31 May 2015.
2. S W Pamerkar, Executive Vice President (Finance) has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company w.e.f. 01 June 2015 in place of K C Parakh.
