Hardcastle & Waud Mfg Co announced that Govind Prasad Goyal (DIN-00017294) has resigned as an Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 11 July 2018 due to personal reasons. Smita Jatia (DIN 03165703) has resigned as Director of the Company w.e.f. 11 July 2018 due to preoccupation.
