HCL Infosystems allots equity shares

Under ESOS

HCL Infosystems announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 October 2015, allotted 15,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each at Rs. 26.40 each (including securities premium of Rs. 24.40), to an employee on exercise of stock options under HCL Infosystems Limited- Employee Stock Option Scheme 2000.
