HCL's US arm to raise USD 500 mn via senior unsecured notes issuance
HCL Technologies announced that its wholly owned step down subsidiary, HCL America Inc. has approved issuance of USD denominated fixed rate, senior unsecured notes (proposed issue) for USD 500 million with coupon rate of 1.375% p.a. The Notes will be listed on Singapore Exchange Securities Trading.
