HDFC Bank allots 19.57 lakh equity shares under ESOP
HDFC Bank has allotted 1957342 equity shares to the
employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Options
Scheme (ESOS) on 18 March 2021.
The Paid up Share Capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 5510819140 equity shares of Re.1/- each to Rs.5512776482 equity shares of Re.1/- each.
