HDFC Bank allots equity shares

Under ESOS

HDFC Bank announced that the Bank on 27 November 2014 has allotted 1186405 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Options Schemes (ESOS).

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 4829940740 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 4832313550 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
