HDFC to hold board meeting

On 29 January 2015

HDFC will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 29 January 2015 to consider and approve the un-audited financial results (stand alone) of the Corporation and the un-audited consolidated financial results, for the quarter / nine months ending 31 December 2014 (Q3), subject to a limited review by the Statutory Auditors of the Corporation.
