With effect from 17 October 2014
Hexaware Technologies announced that R Srikrishna, CEO of the Company has been appointed as a Director (Whole-time Director) of the Company w.e.f 17 October 2014.Further the Company also informed that Bharat Shah and Dileep Choksi, Independent Directors appointed under Companies Act, 1956 have been re-appointed as Independent Directors under the Companies Act, 2013.
