Hexaware Technologies gets High Court approval for scheme of merger

Appointed date for merger is 01 April 2013

Hexaware Technologies announced that the Bombay High Court has approved the merger of the wholly owned subsidiary company, Caliber Point Business Solutions with the Company. A certified copy of the order sanctioning the scheme from 01 April 2013 being the appointed date has been filed electronically with MCA (ROC) on 29 October 2014 and the scheme is effective.
