Hi-Tech Gears will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 November 2014, to approve and take on record the quarterly un-audited financial results for the 2nd quarter & half year ended on 30 September 2014, and to consider the change of name of the Company by prefixing 'The' to the existing name of Company & making it 'The Hi-Tech Gears Ltd'
