High Ground Enterprise will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 3 February 2016, to approve issue and allotment of equity shares on preferential basis in accordance of SEBI (ICDR), Regulation 2009 and relevant provision of Companies Act, 2013, & to appoint Company Secretary & Compliance officer of the Company.
