Process to shift registered office

Himachal Fibres announced that the Company proposes to make application to Central Government for its approval under section 13(4) of Companies Act, 2013 and rule 30(6)(a) of the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014 of Companies Act, 2013 to enable the company to change its registered office from the "State of Himachal Pradesh" to the "State of Punjab".
