Hinduja Foundries announces change in CFO

With effect from 12 August 2016

Hinduja Foundries announced that:

1. K R Ravi Shankar ceased to be the Chief Financial Officer of the Company as at the close of business hours on 12 August 2016 on his resignation.

2. P K Ranganathan is appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 12 August 2016 in place of K R Ravi Shankar.
