Hindustan Unilever announces appointment of director

With effect from 09 October 2014

Hindustan Unilever announced that Kalpana Morparia, Chief Executive Officer of J. P. Morgan, India has been appointed as an Independent Director on the Board of the Company with effect from 09 October 2014. The Board of Directors have approved the appointment of Kalpana Morparia, by passing a resolution by circulation. Morparia will be a Member of the Audit and Corporate Social Responsibility Committees of the Board.
