Hong Kong market falls after Fed keeps rate rise in play

Hong Kong stock market declined on Thursday, 29 October 2015, as sentiments weighed down after the Federal Reserve signals a December rate hike still on the table. The benchmark Hang Seng Index declined 136.63 points, or 0.6%, to 22819.94 points. The Hang Seng China Enterprises Index, benchmark measure of performance of mainland China enterprises, fell 119.09 points, or 1.13%, to 10439.38 points. Turnover increased to HK$70.7 billion from HK$61 billion on Wednesday.
