IDBI Bank appoints director

With efffect from 28 August 2015

IDBI Bank announced that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on 28 August 2015, has approved the appointment of Gyan Prakash Joshi as Additional Director on the Board of the Bank effective from 28 August 2015 in terms of Section 161(1) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Article 124 of the Articles of Association of the Bank.
