IDFC allots equity shares

Under ESOS

IDFC announced that the Committee of Directors for allotment of shares met on 12 June 2014 and allotted 5,45,829 fully paid up equity shares of Rs 10 each to the employees of the Company in terms of the Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).
