Indbank Merchant Banking Services announced that B Raj Kumar, Non-Executive-Nominee Director of Indian Bank has resigned as Director from the Board with effect from 09 July 2015.

K Udaya Bhaskara Reddy, Non-Executive-Nominee Director of Indian Bank also has resigned as Director from the Board with effect from 09 July 2015.
