Indergiri Finance appoints director

Indergiri Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company vide circular resolution passed by 29 June 2015, have approved the appointment of Poonam Sharma as an Additional Director and accordingly she shall hold the office till the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Board has considered her as a Woman Director in terms of the provision of The Companies Act 2013 and pursuant to Clause 49 of Listing Agreement.
