Natural gas production dips 1.2% in April-July 2018

India's natural gas production fell 5.1% to 2.71 billion cubic meters (bcm) in July 2018 over a year ago. Natural gas output of ONGC declined 0.5% to 2.04 bcm, while that of private and JV companies fell 20.9% to 0.44 bcm. Further, the natural gas production of Oil India also declined 7.6% to 0.23 bcm in July 2018.

Natural gas output declined 1.2% to 10.78 bcm in April-July 2018 over April-July 2017.
