India's services exports decline 1.6% in June 2015

Services trade surplus narrows 4.4% to US% 16.487 billion in April-June 2015

As per the data released by the Reserve Bank of India, India's services exports declined 1.6% to US$ 12.765 billion in June 2015 over June 2014, recording decline for fourth straight month. However, India's services imports rebounded 4.6%, after three months of decline, to US$ 7.522 billion in June 2015.

Thus, India's services trade surplus declined 9.3% to US$ 5.243 billion in June 2015 from US$ 5.778 billion in June 2014.

India's services trade surplus fell 4.4% to US$ 16.487 billion, with 7.1% dip in services exports to US$ 37.65 billion in April-June 2015 over a year ago.
