Indian Infotech and Software will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 February 2016, to consider and approve Un-audited Quarterly Financial Result for Quarter ended on 31 December 2015. To Re-allotment/Re-issue of Equity Shares which was forfeited earlier to CRB Trustee Limited in A/c of CRB Mutual Fund as per order of High Court Delhi. To take on record the Resignation of Company Secretary which has accepted by Company.
