Indo Tech Transformers appoints company secretary

With effect from 31 December 2014

Indo Tech Transformers announced that the Board of Directors through Circular Resolution has appointed Sanjay Kasture, holding the prescribed qualification under Section 2 (45) of the Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Secretary) Rules 1988 as Whole time Secretary of the Company effective 31 December 2014.
