Indraprastha Gas announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has passed the following resolutions:1. Cessation of M. Ravindran as a Director w.e.f. 14 January 2017.
2. Appointment of Manoj Jain as an Additional Director w.e.f. 18 January 2017.
