Infinite Computer Solutions (India) announces change in compliance officer

With effect from 19 January 2015

Infinite Computer Solutions (India) announced that Rajat Kalra, Company Secretary of the Company has been appointed as the Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 19 January 2015 in place of Sanjeev Gulati.

It may also be kindly noted that Sanjeev Gulati shall continue to remain with the Company in his role as Executive Vice President & CFO.
