Under Key Executives Performance Option Plan 2010

Infinite Computer Solutions India announced that the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Company in their meeting held on 23 June 2015, approved granting of 50,000 stock options, convertible into equivalent number of equity shares, to the Eligible Employee/s of the Company and/or its subsidiaries, on such terms and conditions as mentioned under the Key Executives Performance Option Plan 2010 (Revised 2011) of the Company.
