Infinite Computer Solutions India will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 23 June 2015, to consider a proposal for buy-back of equity shares up to such amount of the aggregate of Company's paid up equity share capital and free reserves as the Board may decide in accordance with the provisions of Sections 68 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Buy Back of Securities) Regulations, 1998.
