Inox Wind appoints director

Inox Wind has appointed Vineet Valentine Davis (DIN: 06709239) as an Additional Director and Whole-time Director of the Company (subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company) for a period of two years with effect from 19 May, 2020. Further, Vineet Valentine Davis shall also be a Key Managerial Personnel of the Company in terms of section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013.
