Insecticides India fixes record date for bonus issue

Record date is 17 April 2015

Insecticides India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has fixed the Record Date on 17 April 2015 for the purpose of issue of Bonus Shares in the proportion of 1 (One) bonus equity share of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten ) each for every 2 (Two) fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten) each. The said Bonus shares shall be issued to the shareholders, whose name will be appeared in the register of members as on record date.
