Integra Engineering India appoints director

Integra Engineering India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has passed following resolutions by way of Resolution passed by Circulation :

Mahendra Sanghvi has been appointed as Independent Director, pursuant to the provisions of the Section 149(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules frame thereunder, for term of five years with effect from 11 June 2015.
