ITC allots equity shares

Under ESOS

ITC announced that the Company on 16 September 2014 issued and allotted 68,16,630 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 1/- each, upon exercise of 6,81,663 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Consequently, with effect from 16 September 2014, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 797,42,55,211/- divided into 797,42,55,211 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 1/- each.
