ITC allots equity shares

Under ESOS

ITC announced that the Company on 13 February 2015 issued and allotted 26,71,600 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 1/- each, upon exercise of 2,67,160 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Consequently, with effect from 13 February 2015, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 800,25,68,421/- divided into 800,25,68,421 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 1/- each.
