ITC provides update on scheme of amalgamation

Scheme become effet from 05 April 2016

ITC announced that the Scheme of Amalgamation of Classic Infrastructure & Development [a wholly owned subsidiary of Greenacre Holdings (Greenacre)] with Greenacre became effective from 05 April 2016. Greenacre is a wholly owned subsidiary of Russell Credit, which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of ITC.

Consequently, Classic Infrastructure & Development has ceased to be a subsidiary of Greenacre and that of ITC with effect from the said date.
