ITD Cementation India gets revision in credit ratings

ITD Cementation India announced that CARE Ratings has revised rating of the Company's Long term Bank Facilities from CARE A- ; Positive (Single A Minus; Outlook: Positive) to CARE A; Stable (Single A; Outlook: Stable). The short term rating assigned to Short term Bank Facilities has been reaffirmed at CARE A1 (A One). CARE has rating of CARE A1 (A One) assigned to the Company's Commercial Paper issue.
