Jaiprakash Power Ventures announces cessation of director

With effect from 06 September 2014

Jaiprakash Power Ventures announced that IDBI Bank has since withdrawn the nomination of Subroto Gupta from the Board of the Company, whereafter he submitted his resignation w.e.f. 06 September 2014. Accordingly, Subroto Gupta ceased to be Director on the Board of the Company w.e.f. 06 September 2014.
