The Japan share market finished virtually flat in choppy trade on Wednesday, 19 April 2017, as investors turned cautious amid lingering concern over the North Korean situation and after Britain's shock decision to call a snap general election. The 225-issue Nikkei average edged up 0.07% to 18,432.20 after traversing positive and negative territory, while the broader Topix was down 0.01% at 1,471.42.
