Jaypee Infratech announces cessation of company secretary

With effect from 29 July 2014

Jaypee Infratech announced that Sanjay Kumar Gupta ceases to be on the Company's Employees' List, with effect from 29 July 2014.

Further, the Company has informed that, till a new appointment is made, Pramod Kumar Aggarwal, Whole-time Director, would be officiating as 'Compliance Officer'.
