JM Financial Institutional Securities signs MoU with Seabury Corporate Finance LLC

JM Financial announced that JM Financial Institutional Securities, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) of the Company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Seabury Corporate Finance LLC, a subsidiary of Seabury Group LLC for strategic co-operation to provide Investment Banking advisory services to Indian corporates for their activities in the Aviation, Aerospace, and Defence business.
