JMC Projects (India) announces appointment of directors

JMC Projects (India) announced that the shareholders of the Company, in the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 27 September 2014, have approved the appointment of Devendra Raj Mehta, Shailendra Raj Mehta and Mahendra G. Punatar, as Independent Directors of the Company, for a term of consecutive period of five years.

Further, informed that the shareholders of the Company, in the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 27 September 2014 have approved the appointment of Anjali Seth as a Director of the Company. Anjali was earlier appointed as additional director on 01 August 2014.
