Jolly Plastic Industries has fixed 14 November 2014 as the Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligible Shareholders who will be entitled to receive 10 (Ten) equity shares of Nominal value of Rs. 1/- (One) each in lieu 1 (One) equity shares of nominal value of Rs. 10/- each of the Company on Sub-division.
