Jyothy Laboratories announces changes in office bearers

Jyothy Laboratories announced that in terms of provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, the following changes in the office bearers of the Company:

1. K. Ullas Kamath, Joint Managing Director of the Company has also been entrusted with the additional responsibility of Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

2. Consequent to Appointment of K. Ullas Kamath as Chief Financial Officer, M. L. Bansal will be Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company.
