With effect from 04 February 2016

Kalindee Rail Nirman (Engineers) announced that M. S. Mohan Kumar has been appointed as an Executive Director, subject to the Shareholders' approval, on the Board of Directors the Company w.e.f. 04 February 2016.

Further, the Board has taken on record the resignation of Vikram Singhal, Director of the Company w.e.f. 04 February 2016.
